ABOUT Our Founder
Kimberly Carver is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner and the owner/operator of Thrive Health & Wellness, LLC. She received her FNP degree from the University of South Alabama and is board certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). She has over 26 years of experience in many areas of healthcare which has afforded her a plethora of knowledge.
Kimberly's mission is to provide patients with the most up-to-date and proven strategies in IV hydration, weight loss management, and hormone replacement therapy. This is accomplished by practicing proactive medicine to help facilitate the over all well-being of her patients. Kimberly is also now offering Botox and fillers!
Her vision is to continue to expand her knowledge and grow her practice in order to offer more services to help promote patient overall health and wellness. It is her desire to help people feel their best and not merely survive, but to THRIVE.

Cancellation Policy
Due to an increase in no call no shows, Thrive Health & Aesthetics is now requiring a card on file for all appointments. You will not be charged if you cancel within 24hrs before your appointment time. No Call No Shows will be charged half of the service cost.
