This half hour Deep Tissue massage is an intensive massage focused on the upper or lower body. This massage combines Stretching, compression, and trigger point therapy to relieve muscle tension, fatigue, and soreness.

Enjoy a relaxing Swedish-style massage that is geared to promote relaxation and improve circulation. For the best results, this massage is broken into Upper and Lower body sections.

A consultation will take place before each session to ensure the therapist has a clear understanding of the specific goals and needs of the client for that session. We do use lotion that contains: Almond oil, Hawaiian Kukui Nut oil, Aloe Vera oil, Pecan oil, and Canola oil. We also use essential oils diffusers throughout the clinic.

Common Side Effects
The most common side effect after a massage is to feel some muscle soreness and fatigue. This is due to the therapist penetrating the uppermost layer of muscles as well as some deeper tissues during a deep tissue massage. This discomfort should be easy within a few days after the appointment.
